About My12Axes

My12Axes is a free, neutral, and transparent political values test. It exists to help people explore their own views across 12 independent dimensions, without being told which side is right. You can take it in a few minutes, see a visual profile, and share it — no account required.

Why it was built

Many political quizzes compress complex views into a single left-right line. We think 12 separate axes give a more honest and useful picture. The questions, axis definitions, and scoring method are all published so you can evaluate the tool yourself. The aim is self-knowledge, not a label handed to you by someone else.

Independence

My12Axes is an independent project. It is not affiliated with any party, candidate, ideology, or other political test or deployment. The content is original: our own questions, our own axis framing, and our own scoring model. We do not sell results and we do not take editorial direction from any political group.

Neutrality

The test is descriptive, not prescriptive. It does not recommend candidates, parties, or voting decisions. Higher or lower scores describe preferences, never correctness. Neutrality is built into the wording, the scoring, and the way results are presented, and we revisit it as the project grows.
